The maximum file size that we can receive is 30mb. If you have an image which is larger, please use the website yousendit.com to send the files, or feel free to send a cd in the post to us.
As a rule of thumb the largest size your image can be printed (in inches) can be determined by dividing the pixel height and width of your image by 70.
For example if your image is 1680 pixels by 1400 pixels, then the maximum recommended size it can be printed at is 24 inches by 20 inches.
Using this guideline helps avoid any pixellation. If you are unsure as to what the recommended print size for your image is, then click here to use our print size guide tool which will help you determine the optimum size for your canvas print.
You can also simply upload your image through our order system which will scan your image and give you a list of recommended sizes that will work well.
We can work from original photos. All you need to do is to send the photos to our office, we will scan them in and clean them up for you free of charge. If you could also include a note telling us what canvas requirements you have, as well as your contact details.

Whilst we try our very best to colour match every photo we cannot be held responsible for exact colour matching requirements. Colours may appear differently on your computer screen than ours (due to contrast, hue settings on your monitor) and we will not accept returns for colour related issues. If exact colour matching is important then we suggest contacting us to discuss test samples.
