Canvas Collages

Do I need lots of photos?

Not necessarily. The minimum number of photos for a collage is 2! There is no technical limit to how many pictures you can use in your collage. If you require more than 100 images on your collage please just email us for a quote.

How do I send lots of photos to you?

Sending them via email is the quickest way of getting your photos to us. You may have to send several or individual files in separate emails if the files are very large. We are limited to receiving a maximum of 20MB per email. If you are not able to send the digital files via email you are welcome to send your images on a CD and post them to us. You can also use the file transfer website yousendit.com. To email them to us, please send the images to info@photocanvasprinting.com. Please remember to include your name in the email, as well as your reference number which you will receive after you have paid for the collage.

Is there an extra cost for changes?

No, there is no extra charge for revisions. We will work with you however long it takes till you are satisfied with your design.

Can you change the background/border colour?

Yes we can but please do just bear in mind that certain colours can clash with photo montages. We suggest keeping the background white for the best effect.

Can you make different shape collages?

Yes we can but there would be an additional charge to set up a new shape template based on the complexity of the shape. If you are thinking of a bespoke design then simple shapes/sillouettes work best.

Do you offer just a digital version of the canvas collage?

We can offer just the digital version of the Canvas Collage. If you would like this option, the cost would be just double the price of the design fee. Once you are happy with the design, we will then send you the high resolution version of the canvas collage.

Inset Collage Questions

Do I need 10 photos?

Not necessarily. You do not have to provide the maximum amount of photos for a inset collage. Fewer photos can provide a more dramatic effect. About 4-5 photos is a good number for this style, anymore than this may start to make the canvas look overcrowded. However, the final look really depends on the composition of your photos and how we can best fit them to achieve the design you are after.

Can I use colour effects?

Yes, you can use colour effects such as black and white, sepia and colour splash for your inset collage canvas print. These effects can be used on the overall print or on individual images. The design is entirely up to you. Black and white and sepia changes are free. Colour splash will be charged at an additional £5 per photo.

Can I choose where the images go?

Of course. We are more than happy to have your input in the design of the canvas. When you email us your images just include as much detail as you can about how you would like images positioned.
