Copyright

By supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will PhotoCanvasPrinting be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.


Artwork supplied

PhotoCanvasPrinting cannot warranty the final outcome of a print if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a print size required by you. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied artwork is poor. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. PhotoCanvasPrinting can work on sub-standard images or photos only if asked by you and subject to the rates below. PhotoCanvasPrinting will print works exactly as supplied by you unless otherwise requested.


Right to refuse

PhotoCanvasPrinting hold the right to refuse work which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.


Availability

PhotoCanvasPrinting have most advertised materials in stock at all times. We reserve the right to substitute materials for an equal or better one if the need arises.


Prices

PhotoCanvasPrinting prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.


Payments

PhotoCanvasPrinting do not operate a credit facility. All orders of products need to be paid for up front.


The work

PhotoCanvasPrinting carry out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to sub-contract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.


Cancellations

PhotoCanvasPrinting cannot cancel works which have been initiated and paid for.

If you are purchasing a collage canvas you pay a design fee for the collage to be created. If you cancel a collage after we have sent you some online proofs of your design then we will refund the cost of your canvas but not the design fee.


The completed work

PhotoCanvasPrinting will do their best to give you a product as close to your request as possible. However, under no circumstances will PhotoCanvasPrinting be responsible for colour-matching. Our discretion is final.


Delivery

We will do out best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. PhotoCanvasPrinting do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, PhotoCanvasPrinting will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. PhotoCanvasPrinting will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.


Loss or damage

PhotoCanvasPrinting shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.


Discrepancies

Any discrepancies in the final work delivered to you must be reported to PhotoCanvasPrinting within 24 hours of receipt.


Canvas sizes - End product

PhotoCanvasPrinting cannot guarantee that the final size will be exactly the size requested. We will always be accurate to within 5mm but if framing your artwork we always suggest getting the frame made after receiving your canvas.
